How can I pay for my ZRC store order?

At this time we are accepting payments made via Google Checkout, which allows you to use either a credit card or a bank account to make convenient payments online. Please contact us if you need to use an alternative payment method such as PayPal. Please remove all instances of the number 9 from the address before sending your email (they are there to combat spam).
What are my shipping options for items ordered from the ZRC store?

By default, items shipped to anywhere in the United States are sent via USPS First Class mail, and the price of items in our store includes this shipping cost. If you wish to have your order shipped via another carrier, or you live outside the United States, please email us with more information, and we'll get back to you with how much your order will cost with the appropriate shipping costs figured in. Please remove all instances of the number 9 from the address before sending your email (they are there to combat spam).
When will I get my order?

In most cases where the items you have ordered are currently in stock, your order will be shipped within two business days. By default we use USPS First Class, which takes around another three business days, but if you have requested another shipping method or you are outside of the United States, these timelines will vary.
What if my order is not in stock?

We will make every effort to keep the site up-to-date with regard to product availability, but in the event that you order an item that is not in stock, we will communicate this to you via the email attached to your PayPal account. At this point you will be given an option: either we can refund your payment in full, or your order will become a pre-order for the next run of merchandise from our supplier, and you will be shipped your item(s) as soon as we receive them.

If your order consists of multiple items, we will give you the option to receive only those in stock (and refund the cost of out-of-stock items), or immediately receive those in stock and be placed on the pre-order list for the remaining items.

A real-life example: you order a large t-shirt and five stickers. We are out of large t-shirts, so you can either just get the stickers (and be refunded the price of the shirt), or get the stickers now, and then get the t-shirt as soon as we have had the design reprinted.

Please note that the "pre-order" option is not available for items that are being discontinued. We will take extra steps to ensure that we do not "oversell" discontinued items, but in the event of an "oversell" you will simply have your purchase price refunded.
Who can I contact for more information, or to suggest a new question be added to the FAQ?

Were you sent here by the devil?

No, good sir, we're on the level!

The ZRC is not affiliated with the Human Rights Campaign in any way, shape or form, and we applaud their goal to bring basic human rights to, you know, basic human beings. We just want to do the same for those human beings who happen to be undead. Any similarities to the HRC are intended as parody, and really, if the folks in charge of the HRC can't take a joke then I guess they're just lucky that people don't go to the movies to watch THEM get hacked to pieces by chainsaws and cricket bats.
