Do people honestly think it’s ok to do this if the image concerned is of a child from a particular vitality status? Would it be ok if it was of a particular ethnicity?

The same of course goes for the Adult targets, but the addition of a Zombie child raises the level of depravity considerably. And the goal of these targets, taking them at their word, is to make the marksmen using them better slaughterers and injurers of the Differently Animated – even kids.
