Zombies Vs. Twilight: Zombies Win This Round!

Ok, ok, it’s just DC’s “Blackest Night” pseudo-Zombies beating the Twilight comics adaptation, but you can’t blame a guy for being excited.

The New York Times newspaper has listed the manga bestsellers in the United States for the week ending on July 17. Young C. Kim’s graphic novel adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight vampire novel dropped from #1 to #4 in its 18th week on the separate Hardcover Graphic Books list. Three Blackest Night graphic novels from DC Comics took the top three spots instead. This was only the second time since its release in March that it was not the #1 book; it dropped to #2 for one week in April.

Take that, you sparkly immortal perverts.
